Invest in Wellbeing provides presentations and training to schools, kindergartens, child care centres, and parent groups. Our programs deliver simple evidenced based actions that promote emotional health and wellbeing.

Emotional wellbeing is not rocket science, however the challenge for the majority of us is incorporating the techniques into our daily lives. We specialise in providing our clients with practical easy to use strategies and techniques that can be immediately integrated into both their personal and professional lives to improve their wellbeing.

Kari Sutton

Kari Sutton is the Principal Facilitator and CEO of Invest in Wellbeing. Kari is an inspirational speaker, author and education consultant whose passion is to help people enhance their emotional health and wellbeing.

Kari is an experienced facilitator in positive psychology, group dynamics, communication and teamwork. Her keynote addresses and customized presentations, seminars and workshops empower people to take responsibility for enhancing their own emotional health and wellbeing, work together more effectively and be more successful. She provides proven strategies that inspire people to bring out the best in themselves and others as well as generate measurable results.

Kari has worked in the education and training field for more than 20 years and been a guest lecturer at Queensland University of Technology’s Education Faculty. For the past decade Kari has been speaking at conferences and training principals, teachers and school teams.

As an experienced educator Kari understands the daily challenges and pressures teachers are confronted with and has worked in both the public and private sector showing people how to enhance their emotional wellbeing and become more effective professionally and personally.
